Need Music AS is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and which rights you have under the GDPR.
What we collect
Contact details you submit voluntarily through our contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.
Application details if you apply for a position: name, contact details, CV and the information you choose to include.
Technical data required to deliver the website securely, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries and prepare quotations (legitimate interest and steps prior to entering a contract).
To evaluate job applications (steps prior to entering an employment contract).
To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after last contact.
Applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you consent to a longer period.
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to operate the site and our business, including our hosting provider. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to object.
